Looking for someone to build a new layout for my website

I am looking for someone to build and create a layout for my new site http://uklurefishing.info
this will be an online encyclopedia on lure fishing in the uk you do not have to write the contents its just the site design,
the side must be in 2 collum fixed, left side bar header and footer

the colour scheme must be easy on the eye so the content isnt hard to read,
a banner with the words uklurefishing.info must be made ideally with a couple of picture of lures on the banner

no copyrighted images must be used without prior consent from the owner before hand.

please post the quote for the job, and some prior work you have done before,


this must not be a word press design (yess i know i have a word press think on there at the moment
