WTB Bulk BF Ready Accounts (30/70 Smithing)

I'm looking to buy a bunch of accounts that are ready for Blast Furnace. Preferably 70 smithing, but I'm willing to work with 30 smithing. Must have coal bag/ice gloves. I'm looking to buy in bulk, using either PayPal or CashApp or something similar. As cheap as possible please, as I'm not looking for anything other than BF ready accounts. I'm looking for people who're willing to either part with some BF ready accounts they have right now, or who can supply a steady stream of accounts (something more akin to a paid partnership).
