I originally had 0 intention of making this report. It wasn't until I spoke with @Badger191 and saw his claims that this needed to be addressed as a precaution. I believe Chad is busy IRL and that is fine, but it seems as if his Manager Dalbert's training methods aren't as 'good' as they believe.

I was told several times that they use a program to connect to a dedicated home IP and that that is the only way they play. I find this hard to believe as they have several different 'teams' and the worker on my other account has not only done my zerker, but is also midway through doing a main and hasn't had an issue.

@Badger191 was going through Dalbert's team which seems to be what triggered this ban. I was using the same 'team'.

I've got some theories. Dalbert's employee decided to say 'fuck it', and sell off our banks flagging us, we wouldn't know if anyone is terminated or not as Dalberts employees are not the discord, we don't know who these guys are. We're just told they're monitored and playing through a dedicated IP.

I was hesitant as they are from South America, but once I heard of their method to connect, all was fine, for about 28 days.

I have tried to contact Chaddy but like I said, he's busy, and I hope he doesn't take this report personally, but your manager should be pausing all services until this is all addressed, which isn't the case as my other accounts continue to train on.

I had an open 'ticket' with them for a little over $1000. I wasn't comfortable sending the whole thing upfront, so i've been sending $200 every 7-10 days, which has surpassed what I have been given in training. I sent Chaddy a message letting him know that, the one account which isn't banned, is now 'paid in full' and that the refund for the main that was banned is about $217 - the account I marked as 'paid in full' is about halfway done, but paid in full for around $400.


I've only gotten GP from Chad, so a RWT ban doesn't make sense as if it's through his IP, none of his accounts have been touched, I would know as he lent me his 2277 to play on while I waited. Several days before this ban he moved GP to it and blocked my access while it was 'muling'. Yet, he isn't banned... but we're on the same IP. right?

Anyways. My account was banned at 2185 total level, and is going to stay perm banned due to what I believe carelessness from the staff he entrusted.

I feel like I should change my pass to account they currently have, but the worker on it is someone different and I don't want to pay a '40% cancellation charge' but when my nice account is crapped on, and I can't get anywhere, what else do i do.

 

I would like to also request all screenshots from the service, Dalbert should have them, as said, Runelite auto takes them
