    Im pretty sure, if they wanted to, they could, since they already gain permissions to install shit into your system32 folder, for Windows users.
    Nothing is stopping them, "But kind sir, ITS ILLEGALZ!!11!1", They have millions of pounds, They can cover up a nuke if they really wanted to invest the time and money.
