BAN does this forum even have an administrator or a moderator??

It's a shame for a great community like this that no one is looking out for scammers, some ppl have been reported several times and yet they still are free to roam and scam other ppl...
I suugest that dudes that are "taking care" of this forum BAN the fuck out of here people that scam...

Yes thats true, but as you said if there are several infractions against the same person this should be enough to get them banned...

 

People get scammed because they're reckless and don't take precautions when trading, and after they get scammed they post in sufficient proof to warrant a ban.

 

They get banned when the scam reports against them get looked at.

 

I don't agree with you totally. When you say "but if many people are saying the same things they should ban them". You will get groups of people trying to get others bannned like the Atheist community on Youtube, People form these groups that flag accounts and videos so there accounts will be closed. You can't ban anyone without proof.

I was trying to ban Joe Hazely, was a legit person, but sold crappy things which really ticked me off. Didn't have enough proof since it was all chat history, and wasn't the chat box. Well he got banned and I don't even know how he got banned.

 

If someone was trying to get a certain user banned he could simply make a ton of accounts and falsely accuse, or get everyone he knows to falsely accuse, etc...

Joe Hazely was banned from another report I believe. It doesn't matter if you take pictures of the chat logs from msn, those files are easily editable.

 

I think they should look at the scammer thread more often, and more carefully. because most scammers can scam 1-4 times before finally banned. I remember HATEORLOVESYTHE scammed 10+ times with the same 3 accs before ban

Yeah some guy reported me like a week ago and he cut out huge portions of the chat. I'm still waiting to hear anything on it and it's pretty frustrating. I hope someone gets to it eventually.

I think one of the problems in the Report A Scammer section is that new reports come in frequently and then mods will go through the new ones and the old ones just keep getting pushed back. This happens because mods can't get through tons of reports (I don't expect them to) and then the new ones just push them back everytime. It's just frustrating cause I'm waiting to see what happens with this fool's cut up chat.

 

Mods are ninjas,they can tell if its edited out.
That results in an automatic ban.
