How do I add phpBB to my site?

I've been trying for a few hours.

I'm using godaddy and I uploaded all the files to the godaddy site, but when I go to the url it tells me to go it, it says it doesnt have it blah blah. So basically I'm lost and every guide I find for it says all this short hand language as if I'm supposed to understand FTP or MySQL whatever they are. Please help!

Did you put in your MySQL database information in the file config.php or something along those lines?

    Thanks for responding.
I'm trying to now but it's confusing me.

I have no idea what I'm doing so I just clicked Install next to "DSN" under MySQL

GoDaddy has the option to automatically install PhpBB.

From your control panel ( you should see the following: your files, your applications, your domains, your emails ) click your applications. A new page should pop up. Now, do the following: messageboards > forums > phpbb > install now! > select which domain you want to put it on, and follow the instructions.
