   How do I fix this problem with my graphic card?

   ---

   when I turn on my desktop computer, my graphic card starts sounding like if a metal something was hitting a fan while it is spinning... how do I fix it? should I get a new graphic card? My PC is still in warranty so i'd get a free one.
