Don't use this person services. He is a scammer!!! First, you talk to him over msn, he will say that he will not go first. Then, if you go first, he will say checking paypal and then log off and block you on msn. He is a scammer and this is just a warning for everyone who is planning to use his services. His services are too cheap and he will not go first to someone who is trusted then him. He scammed me this morning when I sent money over paypal and he said checking and logged off. Use his services if you would like, but you all have been warned about him.

Btw. If you all look at the time on the meebo chat and the paypal sending time, they are only a few minutes away. They are different time zone. My bad on the 8:37, but if you add three minutes so it becomes 8:47 which is when he says he is checking and when he logs out. So, since you added three minutes to 8:34, add the same for the paypal time and you will get 5:47PST, which is the exact time paypal payment was sent.
