As i was part of report which Ahmed has quoted i ll say this: the time at which recovery was made on this account fits Asia time in which Mrashbrown is living. Also he "received" denial recovery request after few hours. Typically recovery request result comes after few minutes.

@siabada - I did receive recovery request response after 2-3 hours. I am only stating facts and don't see any need to lie. Quit the game and sold the account.

@Ahmadht1122 - I can confirm you are Orgasms from Discord as per screenshots shared in the topic you shared, I have sold the account to you in February.

Now I do not have the account and I'd have to refund the amount I sold the account for. Definitely getting the shorter end of the stick here.

Mods, is a password change request sufficient to suggest the account was recovered? It can just be raised by anyone.

Having said that:

• I cannot take all the blame here as the entire thing looks suspicious;
• It appears multiple parties had access to the account since I sold it to Ahmadht;
• It was botted on by at least 2 parties as indicated in the other thread and who knows who else had access to the account;
• The account was supposedly logged into a few weeks and in-game assets were stolen;
• There were no proof of suspicious activity then a week later, there were 2 password change requests before the newest owner no longer had access;
• If there was a breach once, how did the @siabada continue farming on the account. It does not add up to me which should have immediately been logged in Sythe with some form of verdict (or I am not aware of comms and I am not active in this scene at all)
• The value of the account is no longer worth $150 - Multiple parties have had access to the account, the account has been botted extensively as indicated by the high-scores, possible bans/mutes could be on the account, and someone within this entire buy-sell process still have access to this account

What ToS is being applied here? What are the obligations of @Ahmadht1122 and myself?

You/Sibada botted on that account, made significant ROI on your purchase (800M+ minimum based on KC), devalued the account with possible bans/mutes, allegedly stole from the account through google, post login/account names on Sythe.

You (Ahmadt) milked the account and never reached out to me through discord at any point but expect me to absorb all your cost?

 

Thats why you should only sell account you are 100% sure nobody will recover, you failed to do so, now you have to pay price for this. Secondly you failed to recover account which you claim you are OO. Either way you are responsible to ahmed for any recoveries unless your TOS states differently. Excuse me for bad english

 

Ok. No explicit ToS were agreed to but I agree I sold the account but responsibilities wrt account recovery were not agreed between Ahmad and myself.

I intend to compensate Ahmad but the compensation value seems overpriced given the reasons I provided.

Only if I don’t manage to recover the account by end of week, I’ll compensate Ahmad but not for the full price.

I’d like to wrap this up as I’ve been on this topic long enough for a person who’s out the game and community.

@siabada - I asked you for the last password you used on the account prior to you losing access. You never acknowledged it, if you could share, it could help with the process.

 

Account recovered today around morning Asian timezone
- Account last logged in approx 3 days ago (Forgot to take SS)
- Account is in Lunar Isle (SS available)
- Bank value is 134m (SS available)

P.S. This entire thing still feels suspicious so I'll let Sythe decide who gets the account and who gets the bank value.

 

Do you have email with successful recovery? Please provide SS with time when it was made + nickname .

Mods - I'll be travelling for a week so expect slow responses. Will provide a quick update before:
- I reached out to Ahmad who does not want the account.
- Siabada mentioned they posted here on the items to expect on the account for bank value; Possibly a deleted post for only mods
- I don't intend to have the account either - Fulfilled my recovery obligations here. Plus account is devalued now as it's heavily botted, login name revealed in the other thread

 

Its quite obvious what kind of items you should expect botting vorkath. DHC + skeletal dragonfire shield or we its called, + supplies ppots,anti venom +, extended anti fire, bastion potion, sharks, dragon bolts ( ruby,diamonds) + Loot from vorkath.... -.-

I don't want the account too, cause its as secure as if someone would spam its username and password around GE. Been hacked 2 times using it. All im interested is to take wealth which is cleary mine.

 

Unfortunately, you should have posted the account details more discretely in the other thread. You included the login details publicly. Having seen other Sythe reports, I understand this is usually done to protect sensitive information.

EDIT: This report is between Ahmad and myself however. So I suppose it has to be settled between us first. Once I return account to Ahmad, you could agree on arrangements.

@Yoshiki On what grounds? I've performed my recovery obligations per Sythe ToS .. I am not subject to Sythe T&Cs as the sale was performed outside Sythe when I wasn't a Sythe user.

It is either I return the account or can refund partially for account devaluation reasons provided earlier.
