Heyy guys im back member i was going for 91 rc but i cant be assed so im taking a break going for 70 pray + 90+ defence ​

Good luck, you can probably get it fairly fast. Defense training isn't so bad.

Gud luck yo... its the slowest out of the melees, cuz u cant as high as using str n etc..

 

good luck on 90 def i suggest doing slayer to train it, so you don't get bored and train two skills at once but its up to you
