I have had one dispute ever, i reported someone i bought a account from because the account was locked days after purchased and no TOS was agreed upon
That had nothing to do with account services, that was strictly account sales and with ONE user, not several.

The service with you was NOT a account sale. It was a service.

Also fancy you calling me a top tier customer for just being cautious for my account.
First dispute; account had wealth stolen off by a brand new user/company.
Second Dispute; bought account was locked and they were having trouble unlocking, report was precautionary & Everything worked out in the end
Third and Final Dispute; You & your company who cant give me an elite worker after everything that has happened. You told me to come here and make report after asking something as simple as that.

 

Not sure how my other disputes are relevant though unless you have no proof of this being hand done still and are just rushing to come up with whatever

 

my worker just replied: here are the screenshots proof of every hunter level that has been hand done:

contains 75 screenshot lvl 9-83 hunter

 

i have re edited it so only mods can see it as it contains his username

 

So again these screenshots prove nothing when i pointed out he literally logs off before level gained (Screenshot on first post) and can login on runelite for screenshot? Why would he login for 20 seconds for a screenshot VS just screenshot at end of session showing XP gained? Also why did he avoid getting screenshots even after the first one was sent and both requested by me and your manager to show XP

 

Then to top it off; why did he out source my job without letting YOU or ME know

 

Because honestly; if i was botting on peoples accounts I would log off before level too login to runelite to get SS and hide all XP because that is “proof” according to you

 

so u telling me because he sent u two screenshots of the timer 0.03 to send u an update fast means he has been botting? that does not prove he is botting and for the outsource You were DMing him and u did not tell us anything about the outsource til now. and as for outsource in the screenshot it says he has told u and u did not say anything about it in our ticket.
both you and the worker broke our Terms of services. if u read our TOS it says if we outsource we will let u know and it seems he did let u know but u both been breaking TOS so i cannot go further than this i will let mods let their final say. as for the reason for the 0:03 screenshots he told me his electricity kept shutting down and his "friend" only helped him with 2 hours when he was in the gym and he was honest with you about it and told u about it and its in our TOS as well but u both broke TOS so i dont know how will sythe settle this i am up for anything they agree upon. thank you.

if u read our TOS it says if we outsource we will Let you know which he did in the DM it seems. but again both you and worker were breaking our Rule #3 keep EVERYTHING inside the ticket, which you failed to do so.

 

So just for clarification; i broke 1 rule of TOS (Dming) while your worker broke two; outsourcing and DMing.
All of this stemmed from me simply asking for a elite worker to do this faster.

 

so just for Re-Clarification: outsourcing is not against our rules read our TOS.
All of this didnt stem because of asking for elite workers. you accused us of botting, we showed you proof we did not bot, and u still accusing us of botting.

 

I am sorry for all the frustration this must have caused between everyone; mods on sythe & @VirtGold
@VirtGold and i have come up with a resolution VIA discord and are working it out.
