What is a MM/OMM?

What is a Middle Man, or Official Middle Man?
Im looking for some more vouches, to get more trusted.. So i thought about MMing. There is a couple of questions I would like to ask first though.
1.How does it all work, for say someone is buying an account of another, and the other is paying with paypal, how would i middle man that?
2.Is there a Section of the foroum where I can offer my MM Service?

I'd suggest 25+ and more likely 50+ vouches before any MMing is to be done.

Just my opinion though.

Middleman are the point between the the 2 parties. There job is to keep scams from happening. A very good middleman will investigate the buyer and the seller to see if anything seems fishy to them.

I don't want to type out a million word book, so I suggest you find a good MM and see if they will answer a few questions and/or show you the ropes.
