Problems with logging in (OSRS)

Hello guys . Looking for help because im really stuck . When I'm trying to log in on runelite or on my mobile phone , my username and password is OK, but after I enter my code from authenticator it shows message ''invalid credentials''. OK

When I'm trying to log in on the runescape website it shows ''invalid username or password'' OK

I changed my password and even after that I still can't log in nowhere.OK

I was thinking that the problem is with my authenticator , so I tried to disable it , but from now I don't receive any emails from jagex , neither for both changing the password and for disabling authenticator.

I don't know what to do...Any ideas? ( Spam folders and etc checked )

 

Try recovering your account. Sounds like it might of been compromised.

 

See if your email has any recent emails from jagex, even if it was hacked you should have gotten a notification saying the password was changed.

 

you may be typing something wrong. check letter by letter
