Appealing a ban evading ban

Hello,

Apparently I have been banned on a very old account for ban evading, now I don't know how I was ban evading when I haven't been banned before... My account was '§tr€nth Øwn§™' and believe it to have been hacked by someone that used their email on that account. I'm sure if you check the register IP with the IP that was last used to post you'd see that the register IP is in New Zealand (Where I live) and the post IP will be in America or somewhere else. The email connected to that is also different to what was posted on many threads.

tl;dr - I have been for reasons that don't apply to me seeing as I haven't been banned before that account.
