Help with Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer [Xbox Live]

I go into Modern Warfare 2-Multiplayer-Xbox Live bla bla bla, Select "Find match" and then it doesn't find any people to vs. Why is this?! It was working fine like a full hour ago.

And I've checked my internet connection..

 

Try this:
Reset your router and/or modem if applicable. Turn off and turn back on your xbox.

I have to do it sometimes.
Also, this should be in Help and Tech support.

Is your NAT on moderate or strict?

 

So wait, are you getting an error message or is it just leaving you searching for people for a long period of time?

That's what I have to do all the time, But the difference Is I've got the Amazing Playstation 3.

*No Offence* 360 Users.

Just switch of your Modem (Wired Connections) And put It back on.
Wireless Routers, Take of the Plug, Put It back in wait a couple of Minutes
