How many times a week do you eat out?

How many times a week do you eat out or order food? What do you normally eat?

I feel like I've been ordering a lot more these days. I've been ordering food at least once a day for almost a whole year now lol Canes is my go to.

 

sometimes 4-6 times a week sometimes once a month. depends on how healthy i want myself to be. i suggest once or never a month i know it may sound cliche but you will have way more energy eating healthy and even your thought process will change.

 

Thats what I hear. I definitely need to start eating better. Do you cook for yourself most of the time?

 

I live with 2 roommates who often cook and i like to cook myself as well. If you order a lot of food i would suggest trying to cook some different meals. Two cooking channels that are really great youtube wise are these two:

Pretty easy meals to cook and absolute majestic. Try to cook some of these meals and get inspired!

 

Since I'm trying to converse a large percentage of every dollar I earn for investing purposes, I try not to eat out at all. Sometimes, if I'm about to take a long drive and haven't been to the market, I'll stop into some place fast but I try to limit that to 3-4 times a month. Mainly, though, I just cook at home

Once a month if that.
I've been eating the same thing for the past 3 years
3 eggs + oatmeal + bagel + PB&J sandwich X2 + tea breakfast
Pasta & beef lunch
Pasta & beef dinner
Tuna sandwiches desert
I drink a lot of water throughout the day

i used to go to the pub every week but now prefer to cook for myself. Saving money and healthier

 

M-T I am great at staying home and cooking. Friday I like to reward myself. Saturday and Sunday my girl normally just cooks for us at home.

 

Every once and a while, couple times a week usually.
My favourite is a nice local pub with some good grub and a cold brewski !

 

Most of the time I make the food myself at home, but ordering fast food about once in a week aswell.

Definitely true. I started no oil and no salt in November and since then I have rarely eaten out anywhere. I feel much better in many ways although I do need to work on my sleeping.

 

Becareful you need sodium to be able to function properly. and you also need healthy fats. unless u are talking about unhealthy vegetable oils, then i would definitely recommend this.

 

Sodium can be obtained from vegetables, celery has a large amount.

My face doesn't feel oily after eating anymore and skin feels better to, I also don't feel sick after eating even if I eat a lot.
