confusion on topics

wheni go into runescape black market it gives me the option of buying selling with gold accounts and servives.

surely when i want to buy an account (example) i click buy but here it shows me other people buying accounts.

and

surely when i want to sell an account i go to sell it shows me other people selling accounts.

most of the time in selling it shows people buying and in buying it shows people selling its really annoying.

 

It obviously means if you are trying to buy an account advertise your thread about buying certain accounts here.
If you want to sell an account you would go to the selling section.
Whats not to understand?
