MW2 - Marijuana Emblem?

How do you get the marijuana leaf EMBLEM, NOT the title (Joint ops, blunt trauma, etc).

Kill someone with your riot shield I think or kill an enemy who is on a 9 killstreak.

 

It would probably be to break 9 kill streak...

 

Ya it is, kill someone with a 9 kill streak who has a 10 kill streak reward unlocked. You have to complete the "denier" challenge.

 

^ Yup, confirmed that yesterday when I got the "MW2" app for the iPod touch.

 

That's where the whole "Buzzkill" thing you get comes in. Get it? When you're about to get as high as you can, it's gone. Haha.
