Doubt it. I think you still need to wait a few years. They still aren't that rare at all, unless you have unique names.

 

Not random ones like "ewfg" that would be given out for free.
But something like "Here" or "Were" might sell.

 

No, most people give them out for free for crappy free vouches.

there are like 3 people currently trying to give them away for vouches, which is just fail imo. but other than that, people dont really buy them.
