one paypal question

all paypal scam is from credit card payment.
Today, i found that paypal personal account can not receive credit card payment .
question is: If i keep my paypal account personal (not Premier), Could i prevent credit card payment chargeback efficiently?

Not all paypal scams are from CC payments, an efficient frauder has a phished paypal account.

Also. a bank funded account can still be charged back with either a claim or going to the bank and claiming fraud.

but not accepting CC payments AND requiring the paypal account to be verified AND making the person email you from the paypal account AND reverse lookup there address for there phone # and give them a call is the best way to avoid getting scammed.
