Glar3 - charged back through paypal

I'm rather disappointed to see that he charged back the $50.00 he paid for my account in that topic.



His paypal was credit card funded. I should have known he would charge back. If you need help proving he is the one who has charged back the $50.00 I can provide it in a PM he sent me.



He tried to say I recovered my account so he charged back, which doesn't make any sense considering he charged back and THEN I recovered my account (like any normal person would >.<)

Would like to see him banned. He lost almost all of the money on my account and sent me into negative balance on paypal.

How exactly do you expect I go about doing that? There is no possible way, it's my word vs. his..

There is plenty of proof against him.. I don't see the issue. He charged back a gift, you don't see that as risky or as you put it, "iffy"? He went first, if I wanted to scam him I could've easily done it without giving him my character so that he could lose 16M.

The way I see it, he sucked ass at pking even on an amazing account like that and when he lost all the money he figured he would charge back. Again, it's just my word vs. his, but unless he can prove I recovered the account before he recovered his money (He claims to have proof of this when I confronted him over MSN) I see no reason why this proof isn't sufficient. I haven't gained anything from this.

 

Chicken and the egg. You have your account back, he has his Paypal $ back. However, the ease at which he recovered a gift on Paypal (meaning he filed an Unauthorized chargeback) shows he probably intended to take the money back from the start.

You're probably telling the truth based on this, but unfortunately it isn't enough to warrant a ban.
