    Tried to buy an Easter egg off him for $40 USD + trade price. Sent him the $40 dollars and never received the Easter egg.

    If you read in the chat he told me to put a disclaimer saying "I am paying for virtual good that I have received and am in total control of my account." so I guess I cant ask for a refund from paypal. Probably a stupid thing to do on my part but this was my first ever trade and he had a lot of vouches, guess you cant trust anyone.
