2fa Removal Request

• Make sure you're posting your request from a home IP- I am currently off in college across the country. Unable to get to home IP.

• If you have donated directly through PayPal;

I am trying to remove the 2fa on my main account cathan. I switched phones and lost the information from the authenticator app.

I did purchase a small whale icon for my profile. I do not recall if I paid it through Paypal. Would be happy to provide any information needed.

 

Unfortunately we will not be able to remove 2FA until you are posting from your home IP.
