Nope, it does not work anymore.

 

I heard people that were in the wilderness with the knife after the patch died on login

 

the knife glitch got patched in like 2005 if i'm not mistaken

 

There are a few random text glitches out there...

 

There was one where you type something and it shows up as a mod crown.
