Don Krypto / Jaysue Poor practices

If I was, post proof, don't just say I was.

 

Half of your posts are just blatant lies, you're injecting misinformation to try and fuel your charade.

You were demoted because of actions, you don't get to abuse power, blackmail and blatantly disrespectful and think there will be no consequences.

 

Show proof of your accusations, don't just talk. You're very good at that.

 

1. You bringing up the identify and stache units incident, trying to make it out that I was involved in it. That's defamation of character right there and 100% a lie.

That's blackmail, because you want things to be your way, but you didn't get the things you wanted so here you are just like you said making this post.

This is also why you were kicked from the group chats because I couldn't risk you trying to leak confidential information.

If you had simply logged into the site you would have seen that.

You let your emotions talk for you and that's a big issue, because you're not thinking clearly and end up saying bullshit like this.

@Yirru Do you have the actual terms of your employment in the form of a contract or agreement made? Can you please show it to me, it can be in a deleted post or you may provide it to me on Discord if you wish.

@Don Krypto I can understand that acp access and showing logs can have sensitive information, however could you please provide the information to me showing the paid out amounts to yirru reflect the commissions earned between the party. This too can be in a deleted post or sent to me on discord if you wish.

 

Hi Ember, as you can see from the chatlogs, Krypto has deleted all of his chats, so I cannot find anything now. He's even deleted the management chat so there's no evidence of any terms.

 

Also, regarding this, there should also be record of all the btc stakes done with Stache Units and multiple other people (Prince, Pingy, Masterzenft, Peta[probably the biggest one] and many others. ) @Jaysue , also confirms he was in 6 - 7 groups with these highrollers above so that should be in the records aswell. Those were just two hosts ( Smoke and Jaysue), Records from Goon and Swift should also be present in these logs.

 

Krypto saying I will receive 10% of the house cuts and pay 70/30 of the mms (I keep 70 and 30 goes to house)



Krypto saying we can null the tax on the past mms as it was not mentioned that I had to pay the tax as I was Management.

Keep in mind, on a call with Jaysue, he said I would be getting 15 - 20% of the house tax when I joined.( This was a month prior to the above conversation, so I should also be paid commissions for the previous 4 weeks, which I didn't even ask for as I just trusted that they would pay me it.)



Me trying to get my payments but Krypto is always busy when it comes to talking about my cut. He could've just taken 2 minutes of his time to pay me out and clarify things but he delays it endlessly.



I was on during the dead hours when no one else was on to host, taking care of the cc all alone. I would handle disputes, keep scammers out, keep spammers from rival ccs out aswell. 12 - 14 hours a day (the dead hours even) just sitting and looking after the cc.

I have been deranked from the cc/discord just for asking for what was rightfully mine to ask for. I asked for transparency and they decided they didn't want to show me the logs. Very unprofessional and completely unfair towards me.

 

I have provided proof of everything I am claiming, whereas @Don Krypto has not provided proof of any of his accusations.

 

A lot of things happened this episode, but let's wrap this up.

1. The way the mms were handled appears fine to me as per Elite-DM hosting TOS and the clients seemed satisfied, I see no problem here. Any sort of privately handled mms cannot be substantiated, so they don't have a value.

2. I will be placing a TWC on Don Krypto/Jaysue, the mass deleting of messages, and how Yirru's abrupt dismissal was handled is quite concerning. This should have been handled better.

3. @Wortel as for your point carrot man, elite-dm said they attempted to reach out for reparations. As mentioned in the prior report he/she should reach out if that did not happen.

And a friendly reminder to always be 100% clear on any terms and/or contract of employment and to make sure you have a copy of it before getting involved.
