Explanation of the trade: 32m for 2 accounts leveled to following: 38 crafting, 38 mining, 40 defense, 100% arceuus favour, and priest in peril/rune mystery quests. Also I provided 2 bonds + supplies totaling an additional 12m.
How they scammed: Got both accounts RWT Major Bans, agreed to make more accounts and disappeared. I made a report 2 days ago and he said he would start "tonight" so I removed the report. It's been 2 more days and he hasn't started or responded. Want refund now, he failed his chance to make new accounts.

Also, no terms of service were agreed to prior to the transaction. Bans were not discussed.

 

He started working on one account, got it to 33 crafting. Guess I'll give him another chance. Will reopen if goes poorly.
