Best way to go from here

Hello everyone,

This is my first post here. I have been reading around about the idea of selling accounts. I have one which I would be interested in selling, however the bank has a lot of items. It used to be a member,therefore the bank is very full for f2p. I would like to know the best way to approach it from here:

Would it be wise to sell all the items and turn it into cash(aka spend ~6$ and become a member again to sell member's items too)?

or

would it be wise to just keep whats on there and sell parts of it separately (sell whatever gp I have,then sell the account separately)

One last question I would like to ask is:what is the best way to communicate for trades and such.
