fml..

Im accused of somthing i can't proove a didn't do, i try make another account to try and rebuild my reputation, and get banned for "ban evasion".
What more can i do?
Anyone can edit/frame the evidence you provided, doesn't take a wizkid.
Of course i can't provide evidence to support what im saying, who would?
I don't record all my conversations just incase some sad little kid somwhere likes to ban peoples accounts.

What would you like me to do?

 

If you can't refute the ban, then you can leave. There was sufficient evidence of the scam, and your claim of, "no I didn't!" isn't worth anything. Most users wouldn't fake proof against a random user just for the hell of it, and if the screenshots are edited, then it's on you to find a flaw in them.

As for evasion, permanent bans are intended to be permanent. New accounts are not allowed.
