LukeBro scammed me 100 AUD

Lukebro added me on msn and told me that he will do my Purple + spectral ss + cash for his blue partyhat. We come to an agreement that we will do 100 AUD before the trade and 100 AUD after he trades me the Blue partyhat.

I sent him over the 100 AUD then he went quiet for about 45 minutes and then logged off, I payed via Paypal and sent the money as a gift, how do i claim it back?
