Looking for:

2x HCIM
- 200M FM XP (fixing brazier for 99 construction) - Crates saved on account as much as possible (bank space may become a problem so they can be opened as needed - would prefer FM be done towards the end so crates are opened as bank space is needed with noncombats being higher/better loot)
- 99 Thieving (thiev outfit & done via ardy knights & GP saved)
- 99 Agility (marks of grace kept)
- 99 Hunter (any method)
- 85 Mining (ores kept on account from MLM after 30-85, can buy mining outfit and upstairs with nuggets)
- 77 RC (via library)

Account will be 10HP/3 combat with no exp gained in combat/HP/prayer

Terms:
- VPN or Residential IP MUST be utilized for US East region (Georgia or Florida) - this prevents account locks as well as possible RWT Bans
- You will be responsible for any supplies and membership. We can discuss reimbursement per account for supplies/membership to be paid at the end.
- I will not be paying out if an order is not 100% completed and around the time discussed (will give around 10% extra time for any hiccups/computer problems/internet problems/etc)
- NO BOTS. Hand-done ONLY. If the account gets banned you will be responsible. No payment will be made if the account gets banned.
- If the account gets any unwanted levels I will pay 25% of the total agreed upon amount once this account is complete & 3 days after (IE 2 def on a 1 def request - 43 def on a 42 def request - higher prayer on a set prayer request, etc)
- For HCIM ORDERS* If the account dies I will be paying 30% of the total agreed upon amount once this account is complete & 3 days after. I have no interest in a regular ironman & only need HCIM.
- I will pay 3 days after completion of the account (to ensure there are no bans).
- I may require screenshots of levels/quests to ensure no bots are being used. Please ensure this is done.​
