Scamed out of my 35$ :(

xeleration he told me i could get a 5digit for 38 dollars. i sent him the money and he refused to give me the account bc i paid with a credit card and would not give me my money back.

(i know he is well respected, and i have bought stuff from him before, but out of no where he scammed me and that's not right, something should be done)
