Need a web designer [All info is in this thread]

I got the title wrong, I need a coder with a tiny bit of designing (4 or 5 buttons).

I need a web coder to code/design my small FREE website. Pay conditions at the bottom of this post.

Information:

Homepage - It must have a links space, logo space (around W100 H200), A nice size content area.

Homepage links - 'Home' 'Avatars' 'Sigs' 'Contact' 'Join'. [If you want a higher chance of winning, create buttons.]

Avatar Homepage - This must have a short bit of information about my avatars (Ill write it), and a link to go to my sideshow area (already made) and the Avatar request form (info below).

Sig Homepage - Same as above, except replace the world 'Avatar' with Signature.

Request [Avatar] - I need a 'contact form' with the fields. 'Email' 'Colour' 'Text' 'Size' 'Other'. It must work by posting the information somewhere and not via email.

Request [Sig] - Same as above, except for signitures. Make it look nice

Instead of a payment I will allow YOU to have 1 advert spot on the homepage, or if you would prefer, paypal.
This is open to everyone, and ill choose a theme.

instead of an email form u want a comments section so that the requests are posted on the site page or you want it stored in a database i can do these things but i cant make graphics. im not a designer.
