    moniter with a blue tint

    alright i have this blue tint on my monitor i thought it was a bad vga cable so i bought a new one that didn't fix. I can only think that is 1 of 2 things like a bad gpu mine is integrated or a bad monitor mine is fairly new its a 1year old samsung so i don't think it dieing out so fast? what would it be? help

    Most likely some random setting got changed by a program.

    Reset your video card's settings to default.

    If your monitor has buttons on it, set those settings to default as well.

    See if anything changes.

    how do i go about changing settings on my video card to default?

    If your video card has an icon in the taskbar, right click it and open up the settings.

    OR

    Right click on your desktop, go to properties, appearances and settings, advanced, and see if you can access your card's control panel from there.

    It may also be your monitor's settings, turn down the blue in the color settings.
