Yes, I stated I am not the original owner of the account and if the account moved out of his original email it makes the recovery more difficult. I also offered him have full access to email, but if that were the case then he will be response to what happens in email.

For me, it looks user used account deathmatches and scammed other users got caught, and are now trying to get money back.

firstly you’re trying to frame me for something I didn’t do, I logged of the acc before that time as seen in pms I been asking you for hours that I don’t want the acc if u can’t give me guarantee

following sythe TOS accs should be able to be recovered for atleast 2 years, upon agreed on atleast 1 month.
You can’t follow that rule

rule 2 = ingame things on RuneScape don’t inflect with Sythe, I’m pretty sure even though I was not on the acc when this occurred its a sythe rule,

And for your second question, I am not saying you break sythe rules I am just showing your behavior and my option as to why you are trying to blame me.

And what comes you accusing me of selling hacked accounts is false and everyone who has been active on sythe knows I have been actively renting accounts for duel arena, PVP, and raids for the past 6 years. All accounts for that purpose have been trained for me or bought off legitimate players for a fair price I am just trying to minimalize losses due to having a large account list but niche die is slowing down fast.

 

We discussed what happens if account gets locked and my response for that from me was " long as we have the email on account we are able to unlock it, no issue".
He was fully aware I am not the original owner said that like 3 times and he was fully aware the account has been used for renting services in past years.

I gave the user the option to get access to email, but yeah if he changes it from the original that forfeits the warranty, but he just kept playing on rs changing name 3 or 4 times and got banned on the deathmatching clan chat. After he got account banned he spams ping me / calls me endlessly on Discord asking for a full refund.
I asked him what happened on the account and why the account has been marked on deathmatching discord for scamming ~ 450m and he simply blame it on me.

We did not agree on you keeping the E-Mail, yes you told me your not the Original owner but I told you, you are able to recover u said yes, you relaying on the email to recover is stupid, if jagex locks a acc due to them thinking it’s hacked or anything ( situation u need to unlock) they put the email away. I’ve had this happen multiple times,

sythe TOS say all accs must be recoverable by owner for 2 years atleast, unless agreed other wise to minimum 1 month.
