Personally I say Wars, I find it exceptionally beyond its time.

Star Warzz, I find Star Trek ultra boring.

 

Meh, im not really a fan of either. Just gets boring watching aliens talk, and the fight scenes are god awful.

Star Trek tbh, more intellectual and not as full of impossibilities which ruin it for me entirely.

the last trek movie was the shit! all i could say after watching the last star wars movie was MOOO, (referring to milking a cash cow)(and raping the quality out of star wars)

I'm a fan of Star Wars movies and I've tried to watch Star Trek before but all they do is talk talk talk, no action whatsoever.

 

Something for All is for intelligent debates, not comparing movies.

 

I don't think you understand. Star Trek doesn't make a habit of emphasising those impossibilities, and it actually includes various credible scientific theorem. Star Wars on the other hand is just a "Space Fantasy", rather than real Science Fiction, and there are plenty of those around.

I don't really like either. I've watched a couple of the Star Wars movies and they weren't really entertaining.

As for Star Trek, I saw the movie and it was really boring. I forget his name, but this dude kept talking with big words and tried to always sound smart, and it kinda ruined the whole movie.

 

You're probably talking about Spock. If that's the case, then that would be because he is half Vulcan; a race which prides themselves on being logical, ergo being smart, and without emotion.

The latest movie didn't have much of a story behind it. The older movies were good provided you take in to account how old they are and discount any misgivings about terrible effects, and the newer T.V. series is alright (Enterprise), however most people would find Star Trek boring simply because it isn't full of action and OMG explosions, which is what most of this generation have grown up with. That's pretty much the nature of science fiction; it's boring unless you're intellectual and it interests you.

Star Wars. Star Trek honestly puts me to sleep. Star Wars moves at a MUCH faster pace. Plus, Lightsabers are awesome.
