Awkward situation..

Well the story is... Months ago i lost some stuff from my house... 2 nintendo ds's and a 80gb ipod.. Recently my uncle came in with one of my nintendo ds's and i told him that it went missing from my house months ago. He said he bought them from my other uncle (who was staying with us at the time). Should i ask for this stuff back? I mean he ain't the one who stole them i know that but they were originally mine and I'm pissed about that.

Yeah i know how its stupid how my own uncle will steal off, me it pisses me off really. I use to look up to him and thought he was pretty cool until i found out all the stuff he took.

 

I would go off at your uncle, he doesn't have the right to steal off you. After that go to your parents and they (hopefully) will get your stuff back for you...

 

You're the only victim here, and your uncle should be handing you the items back even if he's paid for them, it's his problem to sort out with your other uncle.

 

Explain what happened. I mean, he should feel a little guilty knowing that someone from your family stole it.

Don't be an asshole though demanding it's yours. Just explain the situation.

The other uncle (who was staying with him at the time) stole it, and sold it to that uncle.

 

Take everything of value from the uncle who stole your stuff. Get your money back and more.

confront your uncle. tell him you want your stuff back or you'll call the police for theft. It's not fair to you for him to do that and have no consequences.

Ask your uncle if he took it im pretty sure hes going to deny it if he denies it threaten to call the police if he doesnt confess take his stuff and burn it.

I would be so pissed if a family member stole my stuff then sold it. My good friend Sam did that to my friend Abby.

 

If your piss then confront your other uncle , but its been months and basically no point unless you feel like you need to . other then that you know hes just gonna deny everything
