I've more than blatantly thrown facts out there, and made good points, about why a person is more than likely a scammer. Even quoting other users that are posting "attempted scam, scammer, etc" and then, I go back to the thread days later, and it's still there and the guy is not banned?

Let's take 7 somethin something something (I think he is 72231 or something like that)

I MORE than gladly pointed out him attempting to scam other people, attempting to scam me, and the fact he has MULTIPLE accounts. And it took a person to actually get scammed by the guy for ANYONE to do anything.

I understand you can't just go off and ban someone, but if someone like me, with sense, comes and makes some points in a topic, PLEASE TAKE THEM INTO SUGGESTION. Everyone so far, that I have pointed towards being a scammer, is, and has been. Every single one. I don't keep track of them, I am not some "l33t scammer catcher" that's devoted his life to catching scammers, I am just someone with common sense that can catch a scam.

With this being said, we need a new group.

This group isn't for people who are dedicated to finding scammers
This group isn't for people who occasionally catch a scammer
This group isn't for people who don't have any common sense whatsoever
This group isn't for the people that just post "He's a scammer!"
This group isn't for the guy who has "I've caught 9842301" scammers
This group isn't for the person who likes to keep track, or be acknowledged of finding a scammer.
    This group isn't for OMM's or MM's

This group IS for people who generally know how a scammer works, his ways, and can easily enough spot a scammer without over doing it and making false accusations without any underlying proof of suspicious activity or offers

We don't need dedicated people to it, we just need a group of people. No powers, no nothing. Their only ability? A public section in which they can only post in, and a section in which they can talk amongst themselves and discuss possible scammers, and what they are trying to do.

I can possibly discuss this more with an Administrator, but I would like to take Leadership of a program of such extent. The group of THEM, the group of Market Guru's

Recently, upon seeing posts around in the market area, I have found many scammers using fake ways and tricks to getting an account.

    What are Market Gurus?
The Market Gurus will be a simple group, nothing more, nothing less. These users will have a special title, and should be talked with the up most respect and trust. They will ensure a safe trade, and possibly give tips on going through with a trade, giving key facts in going through with one. They must know the system in and out. They will catch scammers, and flag suspicious users. They will investigate and discuss with each other on what actions need to be taken, if a user is deemed a scammer, and if a user needs to be traded with caution
    •Ability to spot a scammer
•Ability to understand how a scam may work
    •Ability to spot scams
•Ability to spot fake reports of scammers
•Ability to under go a thorough investigation, pin pointing major keyfact's in proving of a scammer
•Ability to see, and spot a suspicious character
•Ability to talk to possibly talk to both sides, and get down to the facts. Not talk around like a idiot getting "He or she said" facts
•Ability to actively view the forums, and give helpful tips to ensure a safe trade
    •Ability to trick scammers.

What would you do, DerpDerp, as the Master Market Guru?
•Identify users which can be a possible candidate for the group
•Be up most respectful to members, and reading reports thoroughly and carefully, discussing with the team the best action to take.
•Report to an Administrator for users that need to be deemed a Scammer or users that need to be Traded With Caution
    •Identify possible corrupt group members
•Thoroughly, and accurately try to understand a scamming process. To further educate the community on possible scams.
•Actively be in community discussion and taking feedback of the teams work, and suggestions.

    RANKS
--These ranks need to be added to ensure we can work in a managed environemnt

    --Lead Market Guru
    --Market Guru
--Market Guru's mark of "Trade With Caution" (We will not use the normal Trade With Caution rank)
--Market Guru's "Scammer" mark (This will allow the user to be in the community, but not have access to the Market section)
--Market Guru's "Under Investigation" mark (These users are currently under investigation because of suspicious activity)

Take my idea, or allow me to start this system up myself. None the less, this system will be great, if handled correctly.
