We agreed upon $15 for account 50/50

I paid $7 up front and he gave me user & pass
I asked for email and he "doesn't know" eve though he claimed he had full info.
He said he would give me the rest of info if i paid the rest so I sent him the other $8.
He then waited $3 more because he made it a member.
This is when I opened sythe and started typing this.
I am positive he is going to recover this account so this is why I made this.
