According to smoking mills clan chat, obby capes are going to rise to 1m and are going to be dumped at that price. Right now, obby capes are 300k so if you buy a cape and dump at the right time, you will make 700k each cape, almost doubling your money.

If you dont believe me, check this page out. Just go to runescape and check the grand exchange cause they have risen over 150k already.

I luckily was one of the first to hear about the capes and bought as many as I could.
