This is extremely interesting (is this the only item that NPC's buy for GE-related price?)

The main concern I have is the GE limits... how many Gold Rings can you buy at one time? What incentive would people have to buy at minimum and sell (sure they don't lose money, but it might be a pain). On my main account, I don't have nearly enough QP for summer's end, and I don't want to get stuck with a load of junk.

I'd like to be added to the list. My current cash amount is low, but I currently have an additional 40m invested in the GE, as well as an otherwise full bank.

Don't really have that much in solid cash(about 3.5m), but 20 + mil in runes, p ess, junk, in ge, ect.. can sell whenever

Well, as long as you had items that you would be willing to part with for the duration of a manip then i would be happy to accept you. As for being stuck with junk, we will continue to buy gold rings from GE until 100% of the clan have parted with their jewellery.

Would it be possible for you to sell some of your essence or runes to meet the limit? Even if you only did it once you have tapped out your current cash pile. The reason why the limit of 10m gp is there is so that it can be invested, not simply to prove your wealth.
