Sythe.Org Goes Down?

Hello I want to know why Sythe.org goes down sometimes.

Last night, Sythe.org was down for quite a long time but luckily I had Gohan to talk to.. but I was wondering why does it go down? Any Ideas

If this has been already posted.. Lock the thread please ​

 

I Think its the host, im not really sure though. I also experience down time in sythe's server too. Yes, it is annoying, but i guess we gotta deal with it.

DDoS attacks.

 

Yes the owner said Google gears is faster download it and accept it for Sythe.org i did it now it hardly stops =]

 

I did download it.. Still goes down ~

 

Did you just skip over what jcash said? It regularly gets DDoSed which sucks.

 

We get attacked from people who deliberately slow down the site from sending constant requests to the server, thus overloading or crashing it.

 

Sythe turned the search feature off yesterday to try to slow down the DDoS attacks.

 

It was down, and still is down for me.
I think Sythe blocked my IP address by accident or something.

 

Little RuneScape scammers get mad because they can't steal pixels, so they DDoS Sythe to feel cool.

 

+ all the other little forums that aren't as active as Sythe are jealous, and they feel the need to regularly DDoS Sythe.

ddos attacks and too many advertisments i just hate those

 

Please don't speak unless you know what the hell you're talking about. Advertisements do nothing as far as crashing the server. In fact, those are the reason there even is a server...
