Hm, this can be bullshit but it can be true as well.
If he has password to Jagex's SQL database then he can do it for sure ;D

One thing for sure is that he's not getting any rapidshare points, because this list was uploaded with FREE rapidshare account and to get points you have to upload file with PREMIUM acc.

Another thing why this list is weird, is because it cannot be hiscore dump and it cannot be rsbot script to gather usernames.
Why is that? Because lots of accounts that are on the list are not on hiscores and lots of accounts on the list haven't been logged in to runescape for years (Some of my friends' accounts are on there and they haven't been logged in for 1-2 years)
So it's quite interesting..
