All is f2p, and I would prefer ranging.

Ranging - Currently level 42. Plenty of arrows and money for food
Woodcutting - Currently level 75. Goldfarming, not powerleveling.
Mining - Currently level 1. powerleveling, not goldfarming
    Cooking - Currently level 29.
Rune Mysteries Quest - Not yet started.

You're not supposed to request a vouch for service. If the person who asked you or who needs the job done feels like you did overwhelmingly on the task he/she will THEN vouch you. Asking for a vouch is like telling the community you're trying to become a scammer.

I'll do some woodcutting and mining.
I'll even do some cooking if you have the required items.
