blackboard academic suite

Hello Sythers!,

My brother is having trouble accessing his, school website blackboard service(my.nhc.ac.uk),
Every time he try's to enter the site it prompts up this page-

I'm unaware of this, I've tried different browsers etc.. and hes supplied me all the logins he has but nothing seems to work.

Weird thing is my schools blackboard system works :9 please help
