    Yes, because he could so do that, and even then if he could, he obviously knows RuneScript to code it back, and would be able to code, and edit coding, that took Jagex years, in a hour before they noticed a weird connection to their servers, which probably doesn't allow outside IP's to conect, they wouldn't notice or anything.
