Need Xbox Live Help

I've got this Xbox Live Account. It has 2600 Microsoft Points on it. I go into it and go to Games Marketplace > GTA IV. But then it says:

This game's region does not match this console. It won't be downloaded, and you have not been charged.

I live in New Zealand, and it's an American account. So I'm not sure what to do.

I really want to download the game, is it possible to make it work?

 

I've never tested this, but see if you can change the location on the email account associated with the Xbox Live account, and see if that makes a difference.

If not, your only option is to have someone in the US buy it for you or use a proxy.

 

Can you buy any other games?

And no, I can't buy other games, it says the same thing with every game I try and buy...

 

You'll have to try the second option.

You might also be able to contact Microsoft and tell them you moved or something (long shot though).

 

But how will they buy it for me? I need it on my console.

 

Sorry, I may have suggested something that didn't make sense.

I thought it would work if they logged on your account, bought the game online for you, then you logged in on your console and played it.

 

Your New Zeland Xbox (can't think of the coding, like PAL?) won't play it. Your account only finds North American (NTSC) games. So you'd need an Xbox Live account from New Zeland, or and Xbox from America.
