Price of Rares!

Will they go down any time soon?

I want to buy one, but don't want them to drop when i buy one, since i'm not rich hahah.

 

Won't they always go up in the long run?

 

yea, they'll keep going up. Make an investment!

 

Ofcourse they will always go up in the long-run.

But lets say i buy one today, and then they drop half price in one month. That means if i had've waited 1 month, i could've had 2. Or had a better one than what i bought.

 

It's really hard to tell, I think everything's going to crash when Jagex releases a cash-sink.

When there is something in the game where players lose money, and that money is taken from the economy. The new skill will probably be a cash sink.

Yes, Summoning and Cons. are great examples. The reason I think a cash-sink is inevitable is because the billions of gp thrust into the economy by 76k'ing....

And to your question I think any phat/cracker[1st choice] or pumpkin/easter[2nd] would be the best

 

The general trend of most rares (discontinued) is that they rise, they may crash but then they recover and rise.

 

they go up more then they drop, the most they drop is right after summer.

Also does depend on HOW rare the name really is tbh.

If I had the money I'd buy a phat, seems like a good investment.

 

Rares will NEVER go down until inflation is dealt with, and that would take a move by Jagex.

You should be more then safe investing in a rare now, it's actually one of the best places for your money.

 

Becoming rarer Buy the day Buy one asap then keep for say 1 year sell for double I reckon

 

The runescape economy is going through a huge inflation of gold being dump into the economy. So the price of all rare will go up. Even though some day's the price goes down. The monthly increase will constantly rise up.

 

Yeah, they're gonna have to do something about it all...

 

Rares will go down when a money-sink still is introduced. Until that time, however, expect them to keep climbing at these exponential rates.
