YoYo and Scythe items ingame..

does having these two items, make the account value go up? i hardly ever see anyone with a scythe anymore being that it came out before rsc was shutdown and moved to rs2..as of now they are untradeable but over time all these items become tradeable, and are known as rares..please give me feedback..

 

Scythe, yes. Yoyo i doubt.
I have an account with Ears+Scythe.

 

Jagex isn't making anymore tradable holidays because people hoard these over time and make the prices jump like crazy, it is why they stopped it in the first place.

'Cause of that, over time the price of having scythe/bunny ears will probably go up in blackmarkets as people quit the game(legit people who don't use blackmarkets). It is especially tough to find a low lvl(50 and under) with those two items nowadays.

 

scythe and bunny ears are definitely rare since they been around since 2003 and not many people started playing back then. But im not sure why players are making a big deal out of yo yos and rubber chickens... the only reason they are even considered rare is because many players lost them or dropped them. However, these players can always reclaim these drops by talking to that Diango. Thats why scythes and bunny ears are the only considerable, untradable rares that account buyers would really desire.

 

hey just adding onto that...... if bunny ears and scythes were ever tradable, bunny ears would be around 45-50m (slightly above the easter eggs) and the scythes would be around 100m-300m (maybe even more than phats and definitely more than masks since it would be the only wieldable and rare weapon available)

 

scythe and bunny ears are a good up to account value. rubber chicken and yoyo might be a little but not much

 

I think it really depends on what the buyer wants, btw - yoyo = dec 2004, rubber chicken = Nov. 2005.
