Alright, so i'd like to start off by saying that this is a very weird situation. Basically, Don Krypto and Jaysue went in on a business idea with me. At the very beginning of the business, I was told that Don Krypto needed to have ownership of the discord and the clan chat account in order to proceed. He told me that Danly(chicksgold's brother) would hold an escrow of $2500. That is what the business was valued at the time we first launched it. I had a similar business previously, and I told Don that at the peak of that business, I wouldn't have sold it for $50k.

Me, Don, and Jaysue had all agree'd to the terms of everything that we were going to do. We started the business with everything lined up. What we would do when we got to this milestone so on and so forth. The business was middlemanning death matches. We would MM a death match between 2 people and take a 2.5% commission.

Don told me that he would temporarily bring in some of his friends to help and middleman while we were starting up. I was happy to let them help at the start. They could make a little bit of money while we were focused on other things. Well, a week had went by and I was having to compete with his friends to make any money. I brought this up to Don over 10 different times.. The end result? He took all of my permissions away from the discord and deranked me in game. He then told me on discord that he would give me the CC "Elite Dm" and the discord back a week after he made an announcement that he was parting ways. Well, what ended up happening was he took the name "elite dm" and put it on a different account.

When I found this out, I didn't know what to think. I was in a state of panic if i'm being honest. Another thing I was focused on at that time was getting some sort of compensation back. I tried to reach out to Danly to get the escrow, but was more or less told I was shit out of luck on that. I put up some posts on twitter/reddit about everything that happened, and Don offered me money to take the posts down. I took the money, took the posts down and deleted the videos of him scamming me more or less. But i'm just sat here now thinking about how Don has more or less kicked me out of a business that I was 1/3 owner in. Also, if Danly(chicksgold's brother) was holding an escrow incase Don scammed me.. Why was I not able to get in touch with him after the fact? I confirmed danly's UID to make sure it was 100% him. Why would he say that he is holding an escrow if it was impossible to get if I got scammed by don?

I'm honestly not entirely sure what to even make of this entire situation. There's a whole lot more. I will post some pictures soon as well as tag the parties involved.

 

Going back and looking at it.. I think he realized how much money the business was bringing in and he just decided to take it from me and paid the escrow so it wasn't 100% a scam. But it's still wrong no? The business was making $1k a day or so. So if he sees that it is successful and he knows he only needs to pay a small fraction of what the business brings monthly to kick me out. Is that wrong? Also, here are some major issues that I have.

1. He took all permissions away from me approx 5 days before the major dispute.
2. He agree'd to give me the discord and CC account back, then went back on his word.
3. He put me in a group with Danly to hold money incase he scammed me. But once I was scammed I guess you could say, Danly was no where to be found to pay out the money.
4. He offered to sell me the same discord that I created from scratch a few days later for $7500. If he valued it at $7500, then surely he can see how bad he's ripped me off?
5. He only paid me after I exposed him scamming me. He had no intentions on paying me before that. It was kind of like... Here's some money.. now be quiet.

I've had to learn a lot of lessons the hard way. If nothing comes of this, then that will be just another lesson i'll have had to figure out the hard way. Thank you for taking the time to read this. In the meantime, i'll dig up all of the proof I have regarding this.

 

Was going through some screenshots I have saved. I'm not sure if this is true.. But don claimed that he had connections with jmods and sythe mods.

I wasn't going to pay you the full 2.5k because you broke the terms of the agreement which nullified the trust, but you took screenshots that were outside of context and snippets that catered to your charade and I simply didn't want deal with your bullshit.

Everything else in your posts are irrelevant.

It's 1 question, were you paid? The answer is yes.
