Your idiocy astounds me. Yes, STIs are a big deal. So is unintentional pregnancy, and emotional issues which may occur. Also, are you suggesting that you would get a medical certificate for every girl you would come in to contact with? The vast majority of people today wouldn't, I know that much. I also believe the female would consider it quite a bit of an insult. A vast amount of people don't even know they have these infections until it is too late.

Furthermore, you're still avoiding the point that sexual intercourse is simply a reproductive function, and is therefore unnecessary for anything other than reproduction.

And sex is quite fun, to lead a healthy lifestyle, you need to have a balance of leisure. Theres also another reason for it but i forget it. I'll have to get back on that one.
